INTEGRIS Southwest Medical Center, a comprehensive health care provider and home to the Jim Thorpe Rehabilitation Hospital, is located in the center of south Oklahoma City!

INTEGRIS Southwest Medical Center has been a part of the southwest Oklahoma City community since 1965 (first as South Community Hospital). The name was changed to Southwest Medical Center of Oklahoma in 1992, and then became INTEGRIS Southwest Medical Center in 1994. They have grown from a 73-bed community hospital to a comprehensive medical center offering a full range of services with approximately 400 beds and centers of excellence that include – Jim Thorpe Rehabilitation Hospital, Central Oklahoma Cancer Center, Sleep Disorders Center of Oklahoma, Southwest Breast Health and Imaging Center, Stroke Center of Oklahoma, and the MDA/ALS Neuromuscular Center.

Community Hospital is a 49-bed community hospital located at 3100 Southwest 89 Street (between Interstate 44 and May Avenue). Community Hospital is licensed by the State of Oklahoma as a general hospital and is accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Hospitals. The hospital is a modern facility that opened in 1999 and has all private rooms. The medical staff of approximately 150 physicians is augmented by over 200 employees. The staff of Community Hospital is dedicated to values of CARE – compassion for the needs of our patients and their families; attitude for service, innovation and teamwork; respect for our patients, their families, our physicians and each other; and excellence in all we do.
